Today along the Bow River - August 2012

Solid rain gear was 'de rigueur' along the rainy Bow River this morning. The rain stopped at noon, just as forecast. And blue skies gradually returned during the afternoon.  Good weather forecast for the next few days.

Chilly nights, bright days…

The transition from dry summer warmth to chilly, damp, autumn-like weather was swift. After today’s breez,y unsettled conditions, the sky will clear tonight, and remain that way through early next week. Even though the next couple nights will be chilly, the days will see temps. gradually climb back to the 20’s on Sun., and peak in the mid-20’s Mon. Summer will be back.
