Hazy and Hot

Haze caused by forest fire smoke is producing orange sunrises and sunsets for the next couple of days. Temperatures in Calgary reached 30 degrees, with even higher readings coming out of southern Alberta Monday. Very similar weather is expected Tuesday, with 30 degree readings in southern Alberta, and a high of 27 in Calgary. A cold front Wednesday will knock temperatures down about ten degrees, and we can expect a shower as the front passes. Headed toward the long weekend, dry weather continues, but temperatures will be near or slightly below average.
