First Snow, Now Frost
Now that we've gotten our first snowfall of the season out of the way, it's time for the killing frost. Many areas in southern Alberta could get a killing frost early Wednesday morning. Most of Calgary should escape with a low of -2. Sun returns Thursday, with a few clouds, and slightly higher temperatures. A much more significant warm-up is on the way for the Thanksgiving weekend. Just a note about Monday: There is a lot of uncertainty over Monday's weather. Some computer models suggest Sunday's sunny warmth will carry on into the holiday Monday. Others suggest it will turn cloudier and colder. For now, we'll go with the more optimistic forecast, but you'll want to check back here frequently, or on CTV television for possible changes.
