Hanging on to summer

Even after yesterday’s sizzling barn-burner, temperatures today managed to stay in the 20’s, reaching the mid-20’s in areas around Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. A weak cold front pushing south could produce a few sprinkles tonight (more likely in areas north of Calgary), but should leave us in a dry, if slightly more seasonal air mass tomorrow. One more kick at summer for Mon., and then it’ll be a rude and rapid descent into fall weather for mid-week. Wind, rain, and some wet snow are likely Tue. and Wed. You’ve been warned!
