Today along the Bow River - June 2012

This very colourful Wood Duck was keeping out of the Bow River's high, fast and dirty water.  We found him in the same back water marsh as the mother duck with her seven ducklings.

Another Sunny, Warm Day

If anything, Tuesday will be even sunnier than Monday, with similar temperatures. With one more day of sun in Alberta, rain moves in to British Columbia, crossing the Rockies by Wednesday. That brings an end to our sunny, warm weather, and marks the return of rain from Wednesday through Friday.
