Chad S. rowed the Catch drift boat for a couple of relative beginners. Both had a great day, landing a half dozen Bow River trout each.

One more summer day

Under a brilliantly blue sky, temps. returned to summer values, reaching as high as 30C in Lethbridge, Bow Is., and Med. Hat. We will be fine and summery until a cold front sweeps through Calgary later Sun. There will be scat. showers along the front, and brisk n.w. winds behind it tomorrow night. Windy, cool weather will be with us for mid-week – there is a good chance that the city will see its first frost of the season Mon. or Tue. night. Green thumbs take note.
