It's the last day of October, there is still snow on the ground, and the high today was -4 °C.  In fact, CTV Weatherman David Spence described today/tonight as "Cold, misty, foggy, spooky Halloween night weather".

Given the circumstances, we had to go back 13 days (2 days BTS) for our photo: One of our shuttle clients getting ready for an afternoon float.

The warming trend will carry on after a brief Friday interruption. By the end of the weekend, there won't be much snow left on the ground.
