Today along the Bow River - October 2012

It was -1.0 °C at mid day Thursday along the Bow when this photo was taken.  
It eventually got up to 3.0 °C.

Mild Pacific air moves into Alberta Friday, setting us up for a warm weekend. The temperature turnaround will be dramatic. From a late afternoon reading of 3 degrees on Thursday, we should reach 16 on Friday. The mild air will stick around at least until Monday.
