"... There is little doubt that the massive earthfill dam on the Peace
River in B.C.’s northeast corner will destroy farmland and damage
wildlife habitat. Or, to use the charming Hydro phrase, the “conversion
of terrestrial habitat to a reservoir habitat.”...
