Great day! Went fishing for the first time on Lake Bonavista. I caught my very first fish on a fly. And, twenty minutes later, my second! Yahoo! Nice rainbows!

The Bow River in Calgary has been more or less steady over the past 72 hours.
The tributaries declined marginally.
Bow River at Calgary: 270 cms
Elbow River below Glenmore dam: 37 cms
Fish Creek: 4 cms
Highwood River near the mouth: 64 cms
Total Bow River flow below Highwood: 375 cms
Soggy Father's Day
Rain and cool weather return for Father's Day. There is a chance of thundershowers on Father's day as well. The wet weather will continue through Tuesday. The good news is some heat should return to the forecast by the end of next week!
