Sun Feb 19 (1 pm) Tying Steelhead Prawns with Matthew Slater
Matt will demonstrate fly tying techniques of the intruder with some modifications to make them more prawn-like.
He will also be venturing away from the standards of rhea and ostrich and into the world of synthetics – EP fibers and rubber legs.
Matt, who made his first trip out for steelhead last fall, “has the bug.” Plus he’s an accomplished and creative tier.
