Many Bow River fly fishers have ventured south of the 49th to the Missouri, Yellowstone and Bighorn Rivers.
Those who have will certainly enjoy the Premiere Issue of “Montana Fly Fishing Magazine”.
It opens with a Greg Lewis photo essay “Winter on the Bighorn”. Frosty images of icicles hanging from the boat trailers and snow piling up on the drift boats and towing vehicles.
Every couple of months, Montana Fly Fishing Magazine says that they will offer subscribers “a collection of strong, original articles and photographs focused on the magnificent fish species, rivers, and landscapes that define Montana as ‘the Mecca of fly fishing.’”
