River Passage Park (Bow River - Calgary)
River Passage Park is an environmental artwork that offers a powerful lens through which to view our City's relationship with the Bow River and its watershed.
Evolving from the former Harvie Passage Park public art project, this project will improve local habitat, wildlife movement corridors and riparian functions, and will also provide recreational opportunities and linkages to the regional pathway system and adjacent amenities.
Lorna Jordan Studio led the creative design that supports the vision, mission and objectives of the Harvie Passage Reconstruction project, celebrates the Bow River's natural abundance, enhances connectivity with adjacent amenities and improves the area along the river's two banks.
