Warm Weekend's Worth the Wait

Mainly cloudy and somewhat unsettled weather returns to Calgary and southern Alberta Thursday, but it will brighten up and warm up for the weekend. It's a good forecast for the Calgary Folk Festival and the numerous other events going on in the Calgary area this weekend, including the Stampeders' game Saturday night. We'll see plenty of sunshine, and temperatures in the mid twenties from Friday to Monday. A chance of showers is mentioned in the forecast for Friday and Saturday, but it is a very slight chance.
