Experimental Lakes (ELA) Cuts: David Schindler

David Schindler is the founding director of the world-renowned Experimental Lakes Area freshwater research facility, whose federal funding will be cut off at the end of March. Scientists will not be allowed to conduct research at the facility this summer.
