Today along the Bow River - June 2014

More than a half dozen boats out today, including several guided trips.

Fishing conditions have been gradually improving. If we can get through tonight's overnight showers, the weather forecast for t
omorrow (Monday) through Friday looks pretty good.

The Bow River thru town to Police is green. At Mac, most of the river is green, except for river right, which still has a trace of brown.

That makes sense, as Fish Creek is now down around 3 cms, with the Highwood at the mouth now just below 100 cms for the first time since the heavy rains and flooding south of Calgary.

High today 15°C, mostly cloudy, wind avg 22, max 48.

Bow River at Calgary flow 262 cms

Bow River below Carseland 374 cms
