The National Energy Board’s Joint Review Panel (JRP) issued their report on Enbridge’s Northern Gateway Pipeline Project last week, just a few days before Christmas. 

To no one’s surprise, it was met with mixed reviews, generally dependent on which side of the fence the writer was sitting.
