If you're heading to Policeman's Flats, and especially to McKinnon Flats, you can't not notice this.
For the second year running, we had a ring side seat to all of the construction that's been going on at the various interchanges along highway 22X.
We'll have to endure one more season of this. The project is scheduled to wrap up in the fall of 2013.
