Some folks were on the river before 9:00 am. Others, not until around 2:00 pm. It didn't matter much. It was a very nice day all around.

A good day to float 22X to Police. The gate at 22X is locked, so you need a boat that you can carry to the water - pontoon boat, fishing raft, canoe, etc.

As we were finishing up at Policeman's Flats, an eagle flew past over the water, heading downstream. He eventually doubled back, and landed near the top of a very tall poplar tree, just a few metres from us.
