Canadian music stars are “Artists Against!” bullying

“Artists Against!” is a project that was born from the growing crisis of bullying and cyber bullying amongst high school students.  Events like the tragedy of Amanda Todd taking her own life due to bullying are a stark reminder of a very real problem millions of children worldwide face every day.

Now, seven of Canada’s top music stars have united with Kids Help Phone under the banner of  ”Artists Against!” and have recorded a song that will shine a light on the issue of bullying, while at the same time benefiting charity.

Canadian artists Jacob Hogard from  Hedley, Pierre Bouvier of Simple Plan, Fefe Dobson, Kardinal Official, Alyssa Reid, and Walk Off The Earth have joined forces to re-imagine Cindy Lauper’s classic ballad “True Colors”.

The song has been released to coincide with Bullying Awareness Week which began Monday Nov 12.

All proceeds from the sale of this song will be donated to Kids Help Phone.

Join with these generous Canadians who have donated their time and do what you can to put a stop to bullying in this country – and all over the world.
